Fireman!

Our first big boy hair cut went really well. Except the girl cut more off of the top than I wanted her to. Stone loved the fire truck it had a steering wheel. Stone loves to drive his daddy's truck he insists that he drives it everyday when he gets home and if the skid loader is on the trailer then he wants to drive that also. We are now drinking out of a straw and we refuse to drink milk. It does not matter what kind of cup or what kind of milk chocolate or not he does not want it and he will throw the cup at you after he figures out what it is. He loves orange gatorade and powdered sugar donuts.

Stone has decided he wants to walk the dogs and he does a really good job at holding the leash and when Harley pulls real hard he holds on really tight it is too funny. We went to the Beehive for dinner this weekend and I think Stone is worn out from all the fun. Plus we took a short shopping trip to Ft. Worth with Gigi and Aunt KC.

Where did it go?

Stone is one and this year went so fast I guess I hate that part but we will always have the memories. I am building Stone a time capsule for this first year and it has been so much fun I hope I can keep it hidden. Birthday week is over and this mommy is tired. Stones party was so much fun we have so many wonderful family members and friends I don't know what we would do without them. We thank you all for coming and we are truely blessed to know you all.
This year has been an amazing year I had no idea the blessings of being a mom were so great. We had Stones one year check up with Dr. Wiley and we are 10% on weight & height 19.5 lbs and 26 inches tall. Stones eye teeth are coming in so getting 4 shots on top of that was not much fun but he took it like a champ.

I beat Daddy!

The year Greg turned 4 he got his first motorcycle well Stone is now 1 and has his first motorcycle. Greg's did have training wheels and Stones do not but he really likes it. As you can see this little boy did not get anything for his birthday but here are a few of the highlights I will post the others later. The wii is a lot of fun we really like it Gigi and I were bowling at work today and Stone just sat and laughed at us. I can see Stone and Katelyn really enjoying this over the next few years.

For this child we have prayed!

I woke up this morning singing Happy Birthday to my big boy who is now 1. We got dressed and ready to go see Stan. First we took Stone's picture in his anywhere chair as we do every month on the 19th and to my surprise Stone got up out of his chair and walked over to me about 5 steps away. I was screaming and Greg was saying what is wrong and I said Stone just walked over to me. So needless to say it has been a very big morning. As I sat and watched Stone eat his cake I thank God for this bundle of joy he has given us. Stone took 250 pictures this morning and he finally went down for a nap.

I mind of his own!

This little boy has a mind of his own he is all over the place now and he will be 1 tomorrow. We had a little milk this morning and he is not real sure what he thinks of it. This is a picture of Ava Kate I didn't want to post a picture before Justin & Aubrey but here she is and she is beautiful.

This morning we were off schedule our Doughboy Pool truck arrived at 8 so that means we unloaded about 1000 boxes. It is the most dreaded day of the year for the guys who work here because it is a lot of physical work. So needless to say I was so busy that Papa had to entertain Stone for most of the morning and at about 12:30 this is where I found Stone in my dad's office.
