Family Fun!

As I look at my family Josh with David, Stephanie with Kay Clyde with Oleta these are all parent child relationships. They not only look alike but they all sort of act alike family is a great thing and we had a great day with our family. We had a confetti egg fight everyone got hit and it is always a lot of fun. Stephanie is the confetti queen well her hair is anyways. And even Oleta got in on the fun by hitting Clyde with an egg. Melanie got hit by Gram and well Stone went up for a nap with daddy he was so tired so they missed out on the fun. We finished the day with the four wheelers and ice cream. Happy Easter! Stones shirt says Chicks dig me too funny.

Easter Bunny

The Easter Bunny (Aunt Kaycee) is a lot better than Santa. We had a early morning start with church at 7:30 yes we actually made it that early. We took the traditional Easter photo in front of the house and then off to the The Star Ranch we went for lots of fun and games I have a lot of pictures so sit back and get ready to laugh. My cousins are very silly we had the egg hunt then we had the carry the egg on the spoon race. Then we had our famous egg toss contest. My cousins talk a lot of trash but Greg and I won again and we won a flying monkey it is too funny.

Stone and I went to visit Zanne, Addy and Brycen and Zanne had these great gifts for us. These are the cutest ways to show pictures I have ever seen. If you want one I bet she would make you one for a price. I love these and she does canvas crosses also it is so cute. Thanks Zanne for our great surprises we love them. Addy and Brycen are growing so fast I wish they lived in Abilene.

Fireman!

Our first big boy hair cut went really well. Except the girl cut more off of the top than I wanted her to. Stone loved the fire truck it had a steering wheel. Stone loves to drive his daddy's truck he insists that he drives it everyday when he gets home and if the skid loader is on the trailer then he wants to drive that also. We are now drinking out of a straw and we refuse to drink milk. It does not matter what kind of cup or what kind of milk chocolate or not he does not want it and he will throw the cup at you after he figures out what it is. He loves orange gatorade and powdered sugar donuts.

Happy Days!

Stone has decided he wants to walk the dogs and he does a really good job at holding the leash and when Harley pulls real hard he holds on really tight it is too funny. We went to the Beehive for dinner this weekend and I think Stone is worn out from all the fun. Plus we took a short shopping trip to Ft. Worth with Gigi and Aunt KC.

Where did it go?

Stone is one and this year went so fast I guess I hate that part but we will always have the memories. I am building Stone a time capsule for this first year and it has been so much fun I hope I can keep it hidden. Birthday week is over and this mommy is tired. Stones party was so much fun we have so many wonderful family members and friends I don't know what we would do without them. We thank you all for coming and we are truely blessed to know you all.
This year has been an amazing year I had no idea the blessings of being a mom were so great. We had Stones one year check up with Dr. Wiley and we are 10% on weight & height 19.5 lbs and 26 inches tall. Stones eye teeth are coming in so getting 4 shots on top of that was not much fun but he took it like a champ.
